「Property is self catering house at edge of the town. Spacious and decent kitchen. Road quiet (liked that) and easy access to nature reserve/countryside walks. Parking a bit of an issue but didn’t detract from our stay. 」

「We only stayed one night as we were up to visit our pup for the first time. We had no serious negatives about the hotel with the only exception to a bit more character in the room. Our room was a spacious double, which was clean with a very large, comfortable kingsize. We did book a table in the restaurant and the food was extremely good. 「This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Chesterfield near shops, the Market, restaurants and pubs. All members of staff are friendly, helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet with excellent coffee ‘on tap’ and dined in the simple but delicious in house restaurant nearly every night. They have a decent Happy Hour in their small bar too. We shall be returning to this hotel on our next visit to Chesterfield 」

My only issues are that checking out its best to do after 7.00. due to needing to phone to unlock the main doors if you require to leave before 7.00 Checking Inn at a late time can be problematic due to the main Gate connects to someones Mobile and Signal in the area is extremely poor」
