Bodega Harbour South – This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is a great family home. Located on the 1st fairway of The Links at Bodega Harbour, with spectacular ocean views. Large comfortable great room, with woodburning fireplace, and kitchen upstairs, with a small deck. Bedrooms downstairs with bigger deck, outdoor furniture, and hot tub. King bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the 2nd bedroom, queen bed in the 3rd. Amenities include, hot tub, gas BBQ, 1 car garage, TV w/DVD and cable in livingroom, wireless internet, fireplace. Short walk to the beach, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, woodburning stove, all linens provided.

Sonoma County TOT CERT #: 1728, License #: LIC25-0336, Permit #: Exempt, Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM, Max vehicles: 4, Max Occupancy: 6, No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.

The place was beautiful and the views were great. Just had a small problem with ants and some outlets in the downstairs bath didn’t work. However, everything else was great.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great views of the water and a good location on the golf course in Bodega Bay. The house is well appointed—plenty of dishes, silverware, linens. The house is definitely showing its age and could use updating, and the carpets need a good cleaning.

Beautiful but …..

This house was beautiful , a little outdated . We had ants everywhere the entire trip , literally couldn’t leave a crumb out otherwise it would be filled with ants and unfortunately no cleaner or anything to clean it up with . The down stair bathroom had a really old almost moldy shower curtain . Sleeping arrangements were good and plenty of space for everyone . The pictures are definitely better than the real thing . Departing instructions a little confusion . But over all we made the best of it and had a great time . Amazing views and location .
