It sounds like Scandinavia, but it’s actually not far from the North Sea in Lower Saxony. <br><br>Enjoy your privacy on this property, which spans over 2,500 square meters and is shaped like a peninsula, surrounded on two sides by a private lake covering approximately 1.3 hectares (your private share of the lake is about 6,000 square meters)—a space you won’t have to share with anyone. Pure freedom!<br><br>You have your own access to the lake. Thanks to the sloping terrain toward the street, the dense vegetation, and only five other vacation homes on the lake—all of which are spaced far apart (with no connection between the properties)—you are largely shielded from prying eyes. <br><br>After a restful night, you’ll wake up to a view of the lake and start your day with breakfast on the lakeside terrace or on the house’s rooftop terrace, enjoying fresh rolls and dairy products from the bakery or milk stand (milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.), both within walking distance.<br><br>During the day, you can swim in the lake or relax on the lounge chairs, in the hammock, or on the terrace. For an additional fee of 149 euros per week/stay, you can unwind in the hot tub’s bubbling water with a view of the lake.
