「Staff were very friendly and helpful and 24 hour front desk was nice」

「Stayed here to visit my son for FAU family weekend. Very pleasantly surprised with the room compared to others located near a university. Hotel must have been recently renovated and felt like we were the first to stay in the room. Very updated with kitchenette and full size fridge. Bathroom was spotless. We did not eat the breakfast or use any amenities so I cannot speak to those. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will be staying here again next time we visit.」

「Room smelled of mildew or mold, very musty. No valet or secured parking. Very outdated rooms with dirty black carpets. No glass shower , just a dingy shower curtain. Felt like I was sleeping in a truck stop motel.」

「toilets don’t work well, other than that flawless stay」

「Leave foods on the table, small ants has been gathered within an hour, so eating in the room is not recommended.」

「I look forward to staying at Cranes. The room was spacious and kept clean daily, the grounds and pool area are peaceful and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful from Check-in to special requests. 1 block from the Ocean makes it even better. I will return.」

「Hospitality, food, cleanliness, rooms, grounds, pool area. Everything was amazing! Staying here again in November!」

「Nothing, really..」

「Property is very clean and right next to beach. Wake up and have your coffee while watching the sunrise. This is one of my favorite spots to stay. I highly recommend Elizabeth House.」

「Great staff, they waited for us for a late check in. They were very nice, great customer service. Great big beautiful room with a full kitchen.」
