"Pros: Das Haus ist wirklich super. Die Inneneinrichtung mit sehr viel Liebe und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und nahezu alles vorhanden. (Sogar Geschirrspültücher, -handtücher, Tabs, Müllbeutel, Salz, Pfeffer, Tee, Kaffeefiltertüten, Zewa, etc). Man fühlt sich einfach sofort wohl, wenn man die Wohnung betritt. "Expectations were blown away at this beautiful place. You can tell it was at the peak of style and quality when last renovated, and it’s been very well maintained. The communication, service and hospitality of Frau Büngers personally was proof that we were staying in a cozy, non-corporate, family run place. Simply fantastic. Clean, comfortable, perfectly situated just a hop, skip and a jump away from the beach, all amenities at your fingertips. We stayed in one of the suites, so enjoyed a fully...

"Our one night stay was good, but the listing could use some better descriptors. It is only a one bedroom (not 2) with a living room pull out couch sofa as the second. The bathroom is really tiny, there is no designated parking (only free street parking), and you have to walk 4 flights of stairs (no elevator). All in all a perfectly ok stay. We were happy with the easy walkability to a grocery store and everything in the kitchen was great for cooking ourselves. "

Hampton by Hilton Kiel City Centre

10/10 Excellent

"It's a great location with all the amenities inc. complimentary breakfast! For the price in comparison to other hotels I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Walking distance to Hbf and Ferry Terminals. Perfect 👌"

Hotel Kiel by Golden Tulip

10/10 Excellent

"The building is impressive with its great lobby (of perhaps faded art deco glamour) of another era. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not modern and fancy, but clean and functional. Room was very comfortable. Kiel is spread out and the hotel is a bit far to walk with luggage, as I discovered, but a straight shot to train station and downtown. The terrace in front of lobby was a nice place to sit to enjoy the breezes and chill (it's Kiel!), at least until smokers claim it as their own. The breakfast area is very nice and the breakfast excellent: I highly recommend the breakfast, on its merits, but especially since there are few restaurants nearby."
