Nice visit
Place was very clean and nice. Our only issue was noisy neighbors on top of us. They were fighting, but calmed down after a bit. Seemed like the parking was alittle confusing where we were allowed to park. I would suggest a sign for designated parking. We would stay there again.

Small, but quaint accommodations in the center of Old Bluffton, allowed for us to walk to small local eateries and to enjoy the sights. Clean rooms and close access to shopping and to Hilton Head attractions.

great location
Way better than a hotel with clean newer surroundings and in the heart of downtown old Bluffton. Yes, a little pricier than a hotel but if you're staying longer than a night or two you do not want to be by the highway in some holiday inn express type place with noisy neighbors. The furnishings here are newer and the mattresses nice and firm. many restaurants are in walking distance. the only downside is since this apt is in the heart of old Bluffton it can be difficult to gain a parking spot. a few times we had to park in a lot that was three roads over.

Bluffton Visit
Property is nice if you do not plan to cook in the apartment. Close proximity to several nice restaurants. There is a third floor unit directly above the unit. If it is rented out to noisy people, do not plan on sleeping much. Finding parking can be a challenge at peak tourist times. Delivery trucks to adjacent restaurants can all delay your ability to come and go.
