Enjoy your own private stocked pond just a few feet off the back enclosed deck area. The back porch really packs a punch with a seasonal fireplace, hammock swing, and dining table. If you need a mid afternoon pick me up, the coffee bar is within arms reach of the recling couch. Walk out the back deck door and jump in the hot tub to soak. This porch is perfect for louning and reminiscing with old friends.

Non Pet Friendly Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
