This property is brought to you by Welkeys, specialists in tailor-made holidays in the heart of France's most beautiful regions.

This 30-square-metre flat, which has a 3-square-metre balcony with uninterrupted sea views, is the ideal place for a getaway from everyday life. Just 800 metres from the beach, this bright flat invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquillity.

The flat, decorated in typical Normandy coastal style, exudes the spirit of the sea, immersing you in a warm, authentic atmosphere. A change of scenery is guaranteed, and every detail has been thought of to create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.

Located on the 2ᵉ floor without lift, this holiday rental consists of:
- a nice living room with lounge and dining table,
- a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm),
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hob, microwave, fridge),
- bathroom with bath
- separate WC,
- hoover, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes hangers,
- TV, DVD player.

For parking, there is a communal car park opposite the residence.

What's more, the apartment's ideal location means you'll be within easy reach of the Côte Fleurie's most famous tourist attractions, such as the D-Day landing beaches and the many nearby Normandy resorts.

From the apartment, you can reach Deauville town center in just 10 minutes by car. Here, you can stroll among the many Belle-Époque villas and shop in the luxury boutiques and small designer stores. Of course, you can also take a stroll along the beaches or try your hand at sand yachting, or head to the famous Clairefontaine racecourse to watch a legendary horse race... and don't forget to try your luck at the Casino!

**Nearby places of interest**: the Clairefontaine racecourse, the Villers-sur-Mer marshes: a natural biodiversity reserve, the Batteries du Mont Canisy: a beautiful historical curiosity, a legacy of the Second World War, the Clairefontaine racecourse: the cliff of the black cows on the Villers side and along the coast at low tide.

Annulation par welkeys qui nous a transmis initialement un mail de confirmation mais ne nous a pas informé de l annulation suite à un problème d'enregistrement du règlement, problème qui nous aurions solutionné immédiatement si nous avions eu connaissance. COM NULLE
