"Parking extortionate £10 overnight when not in a locked area. Hairdryer wiring exposed. Ironing board cover burn specks. Only 1 teaspoon. Windows cannot open for fresh air. Air con unit shows filter require cleaning so was not working well. TV not all basic free view channels available. Worse of all, in a massive hotel only 2 points for lifts when you have luggage to carry, and only one set of the lifts goes to ground floor reception. Have to walk 15 mins to get to lifts ! Ridiculous when u have luggage to carry. Will not use again. Only positive it has a room safe. "

"Great location, handy for the shops and evening entertainment. Parking less than a minute away. Great bar on the 14th floor with a great view over the surrounding concrete and countryside. Breakfast was good in the morning and the rooms were spacious and clean. Shower could do with an extra couple of bars pressure but all in all thoroughly recommended. Booked it off previous recommendations and they were right to suggest it. "

"During a 12-day rail trip around England, this was one of eight stops along the way. I prioritized locations within short walks from a train station throughout the trip, and this property fit that plan. The room is a converted 1-Car garage. Although small, it was clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The host was VERY nice, agreed to store our luggage for the day while we visited nearby tourist attractions, and was very responsive to my messages both before and during out trip."

"All was great except for the room. The Staff were really lovely and dinner and breakfast were great. The car parking was fine and convenient to the rear entrance. The room was Room 12, right at the top, on the 3rd or 4th Floor. It was not the room we saw when booking on line at Hotels.com as that room had 3 beds in it. The single beds were very small, there was no chair and only 2 hangers, no wardrobe. The main thing however was the smell !!! We eventually found out it was coming from the drain in the shower, so even with the velux window in the bedroom open it was overpowering."

"I did not get to stay in the accommodation as the host failed to send me the information to check in despite multiple attempts by both myself and VRBO staff. He did not respond to messages and an email and failed to pick up the phone. Finally, VRBO had to refund my money on the day and I had to find alternative accommodation."
