"Hotel was excellant-only dropped one star as their was only one staff member at reception that greated us each time we walked through-the others kept their heads down. A simple 'welcome back' or 'hi' would have earned top marks."

"we where disappeared with the cleanliness after reading good reviews , unfortunately the window sills and tracks for windows had not been attended to for a long time , the outdoor area is spacious and has great cover but again the pavers need attention with a clean from both dirt build up and an abundance of bird droppings ….. the owner was easily contactable and apologised . The homes best assets is the adequate rooms and space for 5 people easily "

"We had a wonderful stay at this holiday house in Umina Beach. The house was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms, making it perfect for our family. The views were absolutely beautiful, overlooking the beach, and having private access to the beach was a huge highlight for us.The outdoor back area was massive and great for relaxing and spending time together. Everything inside the house was clean, tidy, and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. Another bonus was the location, the shops were only a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient.Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we would happily return."

"Had a relaxing stay in the special house. Great location, close to beach, shops and eateries. The house was clean and spacious. Would suggest adding WiFi, a TV, curtains in the second room and upgrade shower head."

" All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. The cabin was compact (pretty small) but modern, really clean and practical. 2 x Good swimming pool, 2 x Good Jumping pillow, for both little ones and bigger kids. The staff and cleaners were working hard every day to keep this holiday resort nice and clean. There is a massive playground including a big skate park nearby. We had a great stay and so we would like to come back here one day. Highly recommend. "

"We found the Boathouse to be an exceptional location with the jetty and fishing opportunities making a perfect short holiday for our family. Even though there are surrounding properties it still felt secluded and private. We enjoyed watching the ospreys and pelicans fishing for their dinners. Perfect hosts with all information and conveniences provided. "
