We offer a studio apartment that is on the ground floor of our main house. We have soundproofed the ceiling, however you might hear the pitter patter of our little kids sometimes upstairs. We are 3 blocks from downtown Blacksburg and the Huckleberry trail is one block from us. Walk to Lane Stadium in about 5 minutes and to Cassell in about 7. For those traveling with a small child - we can have a pack and play available upon request.

The thermostat for the basement is not in the studio apt. however we will give you access to the thermostat through the Nest app to adjust the temperature.
