Great Stay

Nice place to stay for a little get away. The hotel manager is very welcoming, the room was clean and towels and toiletries were provided. It is a 5 minute walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark so we didnt have to pay for parking as it was included in our stay.

Great stay

We just used it for getting head down. It was perfect location for water park and pleasure beach and south pier. Owners were friendly and hotel and rooms clean.

Basic but clean.

Very Blackpool... basic but does ecactly what it says on the tin. As with most hotels in the area, dated room but main thing was that it was clean!

Good for short breaks

The guy who ran the place was very helpful nothing was to much trouble, helped us with directions and an issue we had. Reasonably priced for what you get, beds were comfortable and we slept well. Parking at the rear of the property was a nice bonus.

Newly decorated room. Comfy beds & pillows. Clean room. Near Pleasure beach a trek to Tower! Not very busy so dining room n bar werent open that we saw.

For the excellent price adequate for a short stay in Blackpool. Comfortable bed although room very small. Located south shore so not great if you want to be more central or north. But good bus and tram transport close by.Car parking not great and not free.

Decent little hotel

Hotel was better than expected. We stayed for 1 night to save on a round trip to Blackpool for the lights. Room was really clean and tidy. Bar was closed while we were there but this didnt bother us as we were out anyway. Perfect location. Not to far set back from the front but not close enough to interupt your nights sleep. Providing there is room we will be staying again next year.

Very happy stay , except no breakfast served.

The check in was very good , the owner was very friendly and helpful . He put us in a family room which was very nice of him , the room was very comfortable . The only downside was when we went downto the dining room around 9 am there was no one there , we waited around 15 minutes , but no one arrived . So we left our room keys in the drawer as suggested and left , and had to find a place to have some breakfast .

The owner is lovely, very welcoming. But unfortunately the property isn't up to standard, we had to change rooms on a couple of occasions. It was very noisy from other people staying there too. Bed was really uncomfortable, but owner did provide extra bedding to make it more comfortable.
