"Our room was dirty. My wife found an old fake nail beside the bed and the lights in the bathroom were taken from a horror movie the way they flickered on and off. When I showed the front desk the picture of the old nail the last basically laughed it off and said "Sir you got a very good deal on this room". Not the point... I've stayed at better properties for less and the staff were actually accountable."

There was only a couch in the living room and there wasn’t enough seating for our group. Had to bring in the kitchen chairs. Lots of cigarette butts (none of us smoke) left outside in containers. "
