This hotel is very comfortable and welcoming, the service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

I spent 3 days and was amazing, the location was incredible, the room beautiful, air conditioned and elevator worked and was good, the only problem is that they gibe you chairs for the beach and then they force you to pay for umbrella, I would rather dont have anything but the sneaky way the umbrella people worked was not good. But to be honest I would go back to that hotel many many more times, it was as beautiful as it was on the pictures and more.

The service matched the environment—professional, attentive, and never overbearing. Every interaction felt smooth and genuine, which is rare. The pool and beach setup are easily some of the best in South Beach. Plenty of space, great energy, and a perfect balance between relaxing and lively. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind during the day and still feel like you’re part of something upscale and social. What really sets this hotel apart is the vibe. It’s luxury without being flashy. Everything feels curated, modern, and intentional. If you’re looking for a place that feels high-end but still comfortable and grounded, this is it. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Miami, and this one stands out. I’d come back without hesitation.
