Der Boden war voller Staub und Hundehaare, das Bad war verkalkt, die Küche und vor allem der Herd war schmutzig und vor dem Ofen lag noch Dreck. Wir haben uns bei der Agentur beschwert und innerhalb von 24h kam zwar jemand vorbei, jedoch haben sie nur oberflächlich geputzt. Leider haben wir erst nach der Buchung gesehen, dass die Wohnung eigentlich auf eine andere Seite inseriert ist und die hatte sehr schlechte Bewertung (2.9 Sterne...

"Fint lille hus med super udsigt. Desværre var der problemer med nøgleboksen ved ankomsten og også ved afrejse. Svært at få fat i hjælp, da alle oplyste numre var uden for åbningstid. Huset var ikke gjort rent, og der kom først rengøringsfolk, om aftenen inden afrejsen. Betaling for forbrug var heller ikke gnidningsfrit. "

"We stayed 3 wonderful days in Marstal, In Juin it was very quiet, not much tourists. We enjoyed the garden and the house was very cosy. Restaurant and beach are nearby; Plus was the availability of bicycles. Thanks for the warm welcome"

"Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...

"Gorgeous wooden memorable hotel. It has wonderful charm and one of few buildings which has a sea view. We swam a few meters away from steps leading down into the sea water; ate and sipped drinks on the balcony; sat amongst the roses in the garden; read and browsed photographic book oks in the lounge. Breakfast and our host was lively and helpful. This is one of the great island stays of the world and you need to appreciate the creaking floorboards and walk down the hall to a shared bathroom. We are in love with this place. "

"This property is rather bland...needs art in the hallways. Needs a luggage rack in room The bathroom had no space for toiletries. The happy hour bar was not staffed. Ring a bell and wait forever. Breakfast was decent. Hotel was generally clean but appeared tired without art on the walls. Elevator was rickety For the price, I would not stay there again. "
