ビツンのプールのあるホテル

「喫煙と禁煙の部屋が選べるのを知らずに滞在中お部屋を変えてもらったのですがバスルームに忘れ物をしたのに気付きスタッフに話したところ忘れ物はなかったとの返事。同じホテルの部屋から移動で間違いなく忘れたものが出てきません。物を忘れたら出てこないと思っていいです。海外はそういう所が多いと聞いてましたがスタッフの態度が悪かったです。ヘアゴムでさえ忘れ物として取っておくと言ってましたが私が忘れたものはどこに消えたのでしょう？気分が悪くなり残りの日にちキャンセルしました。その場で残り3日間の部屋代は返金すると言われましたが後ほどエクスペディアさんからホテルからの返答は返金できないとのこと。その旨チェックアウトの時に話したと嘘を言われました。信用のならないホテルです。二度と泊まりません。」
