I was really impressed by how clean the rooms were and the staff was so helpful and friendly other than hearing a train at night everything else was great just wish the pool would of had water in it

Hyatt Regency Birmingham-The Wynfrey Hotel
Walked into our room and rat poop was on the bathroom counter. The towels were folded neatly but I was afraid to use them. No bath soap. I don't think it had been mopped. Beds were so bad my husband couldn't stand up this morning. I will never stay here again.
