Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre by IHG
The whole experience was just great, from checking in, beautifully kept room, and great service at breakfast. I really liked how the restaurant lead recognized us from the day before, even to have a conversation with us. Only negative, the coffee from the machine is not the best!

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
The room was as expected although I'm not sure what was 'superior' about it. The beds were super comfy, the leisure facilities were relaxing and lovely, the staff helpful and super easy to get to the BP pulse (5 minute walk).
