All accusations against my staff will be investigated, this is not something we take lightly. The tubs are chipping paint, we had them all painted and this is the result that is happening. We do have arrangements for the company to come back and fix the problem. Again, I do apologize for the problems during your stay.

Thank you very much for the review, Amy... and my apologies for the confusion with checking in early. I definitely wasn't trying to cheat you, and I'm sorry if it seemed like it. Our check in time is 3pm, but we do offer a priority (early) check-in option (as long as we have the type of room you've requested clean and readily available at the time you arrive) for 10, and that let's you check into your room at 1pm. And we did have one ready for you at that time, which is why I offered the priority check in option. I hope that makes sense, and I was glad to hear the rest of your stay went well when you checked out with me the next morning :) I remembered you from the previous day, and wanted to make sure to ask. :) I very much care about our guest's experiences, and strive to make future stays with us even better, so I hope to have you stay with us again in the future!Thank you again for your review!Mandi
