「This property is just outside the town gates, making it easy to walk to town for dining options. Their restaurant is a good choice too. Within easy driving distance are great photo op places, as well as a couple of towns worth visiting. From the back of the property you can also take a couple of iconic Tuscany photos.」

「Quirky property, Castle divided into numerous rental properties with large well tended garden and great views of the Umbrian countryside. You definitely need a car if staying here unless your sole purpose here is walking! The road up is very steep with lots of bends, don’t let that put you off though, it’s well worth it when you arrive. 「Great property with beautiful views on Cortona. The owners were very kind and very responsive. The swimming pool is very large and our kids spent an enourmous amount of time there. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious and well decorated with aircon much appreciated in summer. We had some issues with water pressure in one of the houses, but the owners were about to change the boiler and fix the issue. Highly recommended for two/three families.」

「In der wenig besiedelten Gegend um Radicofani kann man sich gut erholen. Die Berggipfel bieten fantastische Ausblicke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder auch Wanderwege liegen nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe, sondern man muss immer einige Strecken mit dem Auto zurücklegen. Der Vermieter Silvano ist sehr freundlich und diskret, spricht aber nur Italienisch. Die Kommunkation hat trotzdem funktioniert. 「It was a bit large for us of a family of three, but Franco the greeter was super sweet. The screens on the windows were great to let fresh air in. They were generous to supply paper towels and plenty of toilet paper. Very old rustic. Bathrooms pretty clean. AC units good too.Main issue was multiple entries, one which wasn't super secure as we were victims of thieves. Very isolated so you get a false sense of security. Everything was tossed out of our bags, as they were looking for money, but...

「The place is great, very calm, with spectacular view of campaing of Tuscany and Montepulciano. There is two balconies to enjoy the view and sunset with nice cats around the house. There is also a nice garden for the children to play. The host Michelle is wonderful; she accepted to prolonge the stay for my family last minute after I was hospitalised during the trip. The housekeeper Gabriella is also very nice and gave us great tips at our arrival. 」

A beautiful villa, in wonderful grounds, with spectacular views of the immediate area, and easy access to so many amazing and quintessentially Tuscan towns.
