A lawn turned to meadow will warmly welcome you and 85% of the energy you use will have come from the Solar Panels. An electric on demand hot water heater will keep the hot water flowing while being highly efficient!
The space
When you enter the home, you will find an open concept floor plan. A spacious living room will greet you with a coffee table filled with games for the whole family! A 55” smart TV for streaming of Netflix and Disney+ provided! To your left, a beautifully refurbished vintage dining room table with leaves to be extended at each end. This will provide seating for up to 10 people, with also 4 seats at the kitchen island. An island big enough for prepping a Thanksgiving feast! In the kitchen will find everything you need for the prepping of that meal. For the kids, silverware, plates, and bowls! And after the meal prepping and eating is done, a dishwasher to help take the load off! In the kitchen, the door to the left of the fridge is where you can access the downstairs, where the basement apartment guests stay in their own private apartment and the only shared space of the Laundry Room. The Laundry Room is accessible between the hours of 4 and 7pm.
There are three bedrooms in the home. When you walk through the dining room into the hall, you will find a bedroom to your left with a queen size bed, a full closet with hangers and a luggage rack, and a dresser with a large smart TV for streaming of Netflix and Disney+ provided! A ceiling fan will help keep the evenings cool. Room darkening shades will keep it dark for the late day sleepers!
Right across the hall is another queen size bedroom with a full closet, hangers and luggage rack provided! A full length mirror for checking out that dinner outfit you have been dying to wear! Room darkening shades and a ceiling fan provide comfort.
In between those rooms, in the hallway is the bathroom with a tub/shower combo with a large shower faucet! In the cabinet you will find extra amenities like a straightener, blow dryer, extra toothbrushes, first aid kit, and more!
Down the hall you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed. A large dresser for your clothes or the full size closet with a luggage rack and hangers. Another flat screen Smart TV for streaming of Netflix and Disney+ provided, sits on the dresser. In the bedroom, a desk for some privacy while working. Also with room darkening shades and a ceiling fan for extra comfort!
In the Master you will find the back door to the cozy, spacious, and welcoming back yard! Patio furniture for everyone to sit and enjoy the sunshine. A play set for the kids will keep them entertained while the adults sit back and relax!
Guest access
A long driveway is where you may park your vehicles, just please avoid parking right in front of the driveway door which allows access to the basement apartment guests. You may either enter the home through the front door or the back door, located through the back gate at the end of the driveway.
Other things to note
The home is an up and down duplex. The basement apartment is also rented out as an Airbnb. The guests access the apartment through the driveway door off of the driveway. The only shared space is the laundry room, which you may use between 4 and 7pm! The guests downstairs have been notified to please be conscientious of their noise level, as I ask you to do the same! ☺️
There is only one thermostat for the whole home, it is set to keep the temperature around 72 degrees to keep the upstairs cool/warm and to not allow the downstairs to get too cool/warm. Please reach out if you need help adjusting the thermostat!
The windows in the home are original to the home, with only single pane glass and to help with excessive heat or cold, they do have insulation kits on most of them. This does not allow you to open 90% of them but you do have ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms for air circulation☺️
