Bo’s Old West Abode with Hot Tub and Sauna

Spacious two bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment with full kitchen (stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, utensils, silverware, etc. The living room has a nice free-standing gas fireplace, which makes the apartment very cozy. There is also a TV with an Amazon Firestick, allowing guests access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, dresser, and electric fireplace for added comfort and ambiance.

This basement apartment was recently re-modeled and it is in immaculate condition. The unit has a free standing gas fireplace for the cool Montana evenings.

Hot tub and dry sauna - guests have access to a beautiful Sundance Spa and dry sauna. The hot tub and dry sauna are available to guests in my other units as well (shared space). The hot tub is available from 8am to 10pm and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

In addition to the full basement apartment guests also have access to a Sundance Hot Tub and Dry Sauna. The hot tub and Sauna are available to guests in my other units so can potentially be shared amenities.

Minimal interaction. Will provide instructions for self check-in once reservation has been confirmed.

Central Billings a close 5 minute drive to:

- Downtown
- Billings Clinic
- St. Vincent’s
- The airport
- King Ave restaurants

- Bus stop on this street
- Uber
- Parking spot behind unit as well as ample street parking

This place shares walls with other units and is intended to be a quiet and relaxing space for guests. Please only consider staying if that sounds like the stay you would like.
This unit is below another unit so there are quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. There is no smoking, vaping, pets, or guests allowed.

One of the most accommodating hosts! The house is great, amenities amazing and the location is so convenient for so many reasons. We manage vrbo rentals as well, and this host really had everything we could ask for and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend staying at any of this hosts properties.

Nice quaint abode, perfect for a little weekend getaway. Very welcoming easy to access and comfortable. Bathroom is a little crammed for larger people. But in all great experience.

I was not aware this was in a basement. Parking is in an alley and you have to duck and walk under a deck to access the entry. The hot tub/sauna area could use some cleaning up. If you don’t enjoy the sound of kids/people running around upstairs, this is not the place for you. On a good note, the place was clean.

Quick stop

Property as described, easy to find and communication with hosts was prompt. It’s deceiving when you approach from outside but it is as pictured. Decor cleanliness is spot on. We just need a place to rest our heads.. but it was a homey basement set up

Didn't end up staying

Instructions were accurate on how to get to the unit and how to get in. You need to walk under a deck to get from the back to the door which is about 5' off the ground. Feels like an after thought on the entrance. The ceilings in the unit its self were about 7' high because this unit is in the basement of an old house and it feels clausty. But we went to Billings for a short trip and a valentines get away. The temp outside was 10 degrees. We got into the unit and the heat wasnt on. Inside it was about 50 degrees. We needed to shower and get ready for our date, so we turned on the fire place in the living room and the two portable heaters in the bedrooms because there is no built i heat for this unit. That lasted about 5 minutes and the breaker tripped shutting off the heat and lights in both bedrooms and the bathroom. I called 3 times and left two messages over the next hour or so. But with the unit being so cold and needing to get to our reservation we had to just get dressed and leave without showering. The breaker box wasn't in the unit so I couldn't just flip it myself. we had out 9 month old baby with us and at this point had serious doubts about staying here at all.We decided to go to our dinner reservation and see if they would contact us back. By the time we had finished eating no body had called back so we had to get a separate hotel. I tried again the next day to contact the owner and did so successfully. He said sorry and he would refund our money.

Overall value is decent

Clean, good decor. And has the necessary amenities. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or sauna. Beds are comfortable, but not Queens (actually Fulls.;( The unit is actually a basement apartment. Upstairs unit is loud and not good for light sleepers with the sound of feet into the late night and early morning. Lots of loud laughter and shouting really got us on the road earlier than we wanted. Not our cup of tea. But it has its pros as well; plenty hot water, towels and it is homey.

Perfect bungalow

Needed a short notice place to stay while house hunting. Everything was just right and as advertised. Central location allowed us to be close to each hinge we needed and was just right for a home base as we spread out around the city to find a permanent location. Safe. Quiet. Comfortable.

4 nights for a motorcycle weekend

Exactly what was described for our motorcycle trip. We trailered in a couple bikes and rode 300+ miles a day. AC kept the unit nice temp for when we got back. Hottub was used a couple nights & much needed. We would recommend after
