"長期宿泊して複数の部屋に滞在しました。 どの部屋も故障箇所が放置されたままで非常に不快な滞在でした。 例えば、冷蔵庫は全く冷えていないくて食品の保存ができません。エアコンは冷風が出なくて部屋がとても暑い。突然エアコンの主電源が切られていた日もありました。シャワーの排水口は詰まっていてあふれました。洗面器の蓋が硬くとじられていて排水が出来ません。夜間にファイヤーアラームが鳴り響いたことが何回もありました。 そして最も許せないのは、サービス係が掃除やタオル交換を勝手にスキップしてしまうことです。 フロントにすぐに掃除するように依頼しましたが、ゲストサービスは帰宅したと言って対応してくれませんでした。 次回サンダーランドに訪れても、このホテルにだけは絶対に候補から外します。"

"The room was cold as the heating didn't work well. There was also no hot water in the shower. Despite requesting improvement, nothing was done. The room was clean and well-maintained, the housekeeping service was very good, and the breakfast was tasty."
