Clean and safe. Hotel is just one floor of a building (first floor above street level, upper floors not part of the hotel). Staff helpful and bilingual. Room was very clean. Electric kettle with coffee and tea, mini fridge, clothes steamer, and hair dryer with diffuser in the room. Fresh towels and house keeping daily if desired. Air conditioning worked great. Close to Guggenheim Museum and many shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!!

We had a lovely overnight stay here. The room was spacious and clean. It had everything you would want for a comfortable stay. We were surprised to find tea/coffee/kettle. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Carpark instructions were easy to follow but to get to the hotel from the carpark, walk down the road to your left rather than straight ahead.

I had a fantastic one night stay here and the location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the museums and fantastic restaurants. The staff was very helpful and made sure I had a taxi at 5am. My room was very nice and spotless. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks everyone for a great stay!

The hotel is great, clean and spacious. The staff is great. Location is good if you are going to guggenheim museum, not as good if you are going to casco viejo.
