"We booked this hotel last minute due to an unfortunate stay at another hotel and the manager on duty Evan was such an angel. He not only let us check in early but was extremely accommodating and welcoming upon arrival. The hotel is so nice and I can’t wait to see when it’s fully done!"

"Room looked clean, one thing we noticed was the spider webs in ceiling and around the walls, we got rid of a couple of spiders and one or two bugs and ants around the bathroom, other than that we had a good stay"

"Everything was on point"

"Staff was great, check in was easy, Todd was so nice he loved our puppy Coco. Todd upgraded us to a better room, gave us tips on pet friendly places to eat and cool walking trails. Location is close to The Village and Boulder Bay park two of our favorite places to visit with our pup."

"I loved our stay was cute with a little kitchen I enjoyed it so much!!!"

"What a nice place. After an exhausted day we found this hotel and we loved. The room was super clean, the bathroom was impeccable, my wife liked the pillows so much that she asked me to buy them like for our house. Without a doubt when we go back to Big Bear, we will stay here and recommend it to all our friends."

"It looks like the interior of the property was recently remodeled. It was very clean and it looks great."

"Place is shady."

"The cabin is perfectly set off from the lake and in good walking distance to the Village and boat rentals. Kitchen is fulling stocked with dishes, pots, pans and coffee pot etc... Little table for two set cutely up.... Beds were nice with gel mattress, and bedding with pillows new and clean.. Bathroom clean... Shower/Tub looked like maybe someone replaced the shower head and did clean up after replacement... could have been rinsed down.... We will defiantly be staying again :-) possibly...
