You'll be just steps away from the lake and just a short drive to the village, slopes, and National Forest hiking trails. This beautifully decorated home comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a smart TV, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 5 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a king bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs fifth bedroom has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, board games, and card games. Cable TVs, Roku along with fast WiFi. Enjoy the jetted tub after a long day of exploring Big Bear. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
