Downstairs fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs fifth bedroom has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
