Enjoy the modern design of this cozy cabin, located close to the village and the lake, with 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms, and a Hot tub this property is the ideal getaway to enjoy and relax.
This is the layout of the house.

1st floor:
-Master bedroom is located in the first level with private full shower and walk-in closet.
-Living room area with wood-burning fireplace and smart TV.
- Dinning table for 6 people and breakfast seating area with 4 chairs in the kitchen.
Full kitchen area equipped with all the essentials to cook.
- Full bathroom with shower.

2nd level
- Bedroom with one twin and King
-Bedroom with double and twin bed
-Shared 1/2 bathroom

Basement level
-Bunk beds twin
- Pool table, Kitchenette area with sink, 1/2 bathroom.
-Laundry room with washer and dryer

Front yard

Patio furniture with seating area and BBQ to enjoy the time with family and friends.

All the house is fully fenced and enclosed.

Very disappointing home.

The home is run down and in a need of renovation desperately. The sofa is old and very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are in a desperate need of fresh paint. The master bedroom bed was broken and unusable. I notified the owner as soon as we saw it. He apologized and said the previous guest admitted to breaking it. I asked Bryan (the owner) to discount the charge a little for the inconvenience, he totally ignored my texts and has not responded. Very disappointed in how Bryan is handling this situation, my recommendation is do not stay there, there are much nicer places for the same amount.

Big Bear 3 Cubs Cabin

Our location was good. The house was generally clean, just cobwebs around the windows and in some areas of the house. Our host sent items that were not provided right away, but a couple of concerns remained unaddressed. We actually left the night prior to our original departure. It was a good visit, just took a day to get all the requests settled so we could go about our vacation.

Property was in great location. We were able to see fireworks from balcony. Everyone had a great time, very peaceful and quiet. Didn’t pay attention to parking situation and part of our party couldn’t come because there was no parking for a third car.
