Our Cabin is less than 5miles from many fun activities. Big Bear Mountain Ski Resort, The Village Shop & Courtyard, Big Bear Zoo, Zip-lining, hiking trails & the Lake. Our home is 1 mile away from The Convention Center where they have live bands, foods, Maifest, Octoberfest & many other events. Our home has 3 bedrooms: 6 comfy beds, 2.5 bathrooms. Has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook for a family of 10! Kitchen pantry stocked with multiple appliances as well. (See pictures). Open living room with a large screen TV over a wood burning fireplace. Enclosed backyard with dining room table, chairs and Char-Broiler propane BBQ grill. Your family will feel comfortable & safe.

By booking this home, you confirm and agree that you and your invitees/ group have read, agree and understand ALL the house rules, disclaimers and liabilities.
**By accepting and booking this home, you and your friends/ family/group agree and understand that there exist many unforeseen hazards associated with visiting a mountain cabin/home and that mountains have inherent dangers associated with it including but NOT limited to slippery ice, snow, mud slides, rain, storms, winds, wild animals, critters, etc. We provide snow shovels and salt for your convenience to use as necessary. By accepting and booking this home, you and your friends/ family/ group also agree and understand that this cabin rental may have certain risks, including but not limited to, serious bodily injury, death, damage or loss of personal property. You and your friends/ family/group also agree that as a condition of renting this cabin, you release the Baratti owners from any liability, including but not limited to damage, injury or death to you or any persons in your group or to your or their property, in any way connecting with this rental, transportation to and from our cabin.

Guests and their invitees personally assume all risks of property loss or damage and physical injury and death that exist or may exist in connection with the use and occupancy of the Property. Guests and their invitees release Homeowners and any other owners of the Property from any claim for damage, accident, injury or death that the guests and their invitees may sustain from use or occupancy of the property during the term of this agreement and agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Homeowner and any other owners of the Property from any claim, action or proceeding by Guests and all members of the Rental Party, Guest's invitees, their family, estate, heirs or assigns related to a claim for damage, accident, injury and death during the use or occupancy of the Property.
