「This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. We loved the pool. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Across from Portland’s flatiron building in the arts district, the condo is centrally located. Also close to Monument Square, it’s an area frequented by people needing extra supports for addiction, homelessness, mental health. The secondary entrance was often blocked by a person ranting or sleeping. Disturbed yelling is common into the late night/early morning.
