A 33-square-meter, air-conditioned apartment located on the 3rd floor of a quiet and very pleasant residence. It features a digital entry code, an elevator, and a private, secure pool. The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and built-in closet, a living room with a BZ sofa bed (BULTEX mattress), opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, Senso Plus filter coffee maker, microwave, mini-oven, griddle, Panini grill, washing machine, kettle, toaster). An entryway with a storage closet. Separate half-bath. The bathroom includes a shower and an electric towel warmer. The bright veranda offers a view of the sea. 50 meters from the Cliffs Beach and La Conque. 100 meters from the harbor and 5 minutes from bus stops and shopping areas. Pétanque balls are provided; a pétanque court is 50 meters away. Sheets, towels, and dish towels are included.
