"Not the apartment I was expecting but very nice nonetheless - had expected ground floor apartment as travelling with older relative who has some mobility issues - access via very steep stairs. We were lucky with street parking but this could be an issue, probably best to book parking with landlord for extra cost. Older relative would have appreciated non-slip mat in shower. "We stayed here for two nights. It was very clean and spacious. The only downside we had was the celling leaking due to a crack and people above us leaving the shower running which flooded. However, Fatima was absolutely fantastic and dealt with the incident quickly. Looking forward to staying there again soon. Would definitely recommend. "

"Stayed for two nights at The Stratford Apartments. On the good side, it was spacious and had a good size shower. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. On the down side it smelt really quite damp and there were some amazing cobwebs in the bathroom. Great for short stays, location was excellent. It suited our needs but wouldn't like to stay longer. The slight down side was at 7pm when we arrived we had received no instructions as to how to get get into our accommodation.
