A Trailside Duplex Along the Alpen Trail

One side of a duplex, Winterpark 2 is perfect for a large family or multiple couples. The main level has an open kitchen, dining and living room. This is a fantastic area with a freestanding fireplace in a brick alcove, 2 day beds/cozy reading nooks, and patio doors leading out to a large deck with a grill and the ski hill.

Bedroom 3 (upper level)- Queen bed & bunk bed
Living Room: reading nook (bedding provided)

The home offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level. There is also a sauna on the main level and WIFI is available throughout the unit. It is warmly decorated, clean, and very inviting.Pets are not allowed in this unit. There is access to Lift #1 along the Alpen Trail from the backyard. A 3 night minimum stay is required. As of June 30, 2023 this home will no longer provide a landline phone or cable TV. A Smart TV will be available for streaming.

Have been staying at Winterpark 2 for over 10 years. It has become a family tradition. As always it was a great time. Plan ongoing back next year.
