"I ate at the restaurant and really enjoyed my meal. The bar was great. Shops nearby were very walkable. The room was very clean. The whole hotel was overall impressive. I will stay there again."

"Room was not very clean, reserved a city view room with had a view of parking garage and side of 2 buildings of which windows had to stay closed and not useful due to being tremendously dirty and smudged. Obvious water damage seen of walls with curtains when open, glass door in bathroom not wiped down, cigarette butts on floor same spot for three days. I asked at the front desk if they vacuumed the floors as of me forth day leaving hall floor remained the same. We were moved to another room on Sunday due to leaking from the upstairs toilet that just so happen while being used and while dripping all over my husband's shirt Disgusting) Offered a comp breakfast, we are not European breakfast eaters and coffee was available. Apologies are Good, Yet AC Marriott will not be my choice again. Extremely disappointed with my Anniversary Weekend."

"This hotel is located in the best area…it’s walking distance to so much…the casino the aquarium the theater of course bourbon st and also it’s close to thw steamboat lunch or dinner cruise which is a must go if visiting New Orleans."

"The unit was very clean and the location was very close to the streetcar. The lock to get into the main door worked very well after we learned how to use it (had to push check mark after inserting the code) from the neighbor upstairs.we had no problem finding a parking spot near the condo."

"Property is clean and nice. Convenient location and affordable parking. Cons are that the walls are thin, pillows are flat ( and they dont seem to have firm pillows, I asked). Breakfast had a decent variety but wasn't great. The whole fruit was halfway spoiled, the eggs were cold (everyday), they kept running out of forks and syrup. I asked the attendant for more syrup and he said they were out for the day. How can you be out of syrup "for the day"? Were they expecting an overnight syrup shipment? Why were they rationing syrup?"

"The room was great for my daughter and I traveling together: plenty of space, large bathroom, quiet area, good location. I spilled some water on the carpet, used a white towel to clean it up, and the towel turned yellow/brown. "
