You’ll find 3 bedrooms, 2 cozy living-dining rooms, 2 kitchenettes with dishwashers, 2 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, towel warmers, hairdryers, and cosmetic mirrors, 2 flat-screen SAT TVs, stereo systems, free Wi-Fi, two safes, a south-facing balcony, and a large covered southwest terrace—both with stunning views.



Pets are not allowed in this apartment.



The building offers an elevator for barrier-free access, parking, a sunbathing lawn, and a playground. Sauna, garages, EV charging station, washing machine, and dryer are available for an extra fee.
