"Easy to make reservation, easy check-in, friendly front desk staff. Hotel is clean, room was in excellent condition, breakfast buffet offered many choices. "The hotel doesn’t tidy your room each day, instead every other day. We asked, they said they would, they didn’t. This is also a really busy hotel and very noisy where our room was overlooking the vehicle drop off. It also means that breakfast is a scrum, so get there early. The parking is really expensive. We parked on road for a fraction of the cost. "

"Great budget hotel with everything you need - maybe one great addition would be a kettle in the room. The tram link (tram number 3) to the centre of city was just outside the hotel . Maybe one improvement would be the check-in after 10pm for people who had already booked online . Would have better if you could of given guest data at the online booking stage instead of the small screen entrance hall. "
