Das Nötigste ist da

Das Hostel hat eine richtig gute Lage. Vorallem wenn man als Frau alleine reist, ist es zu empfehlen. Von der Sauberkeit hat’s gepasst und es gab eben ein Bett und ein Bad. Allerdings was ist bemängeln müsste ist das es keinen Safe gibt und auch nicht wirklich etwas wo man seine Sachen ablegen kann. Also das wichtigste ist da und ich finde preis- Leistung ist voll in Ordnung.

Man sollte nicht Frühstück anbieten wenn nur in sehr begrenzten Umfang gibt, aber Lage super Service super und Sauberkeit Super

중앙역과는 거리가 있어서 지하철 한번 갈아타고 도착. 3-4분 거리에 지하철역이 있어 편하고 마트와 음식점도 있음. 하지만 일요일엔 마트 문을 닫아 불편했음. 걸어서 3분 거리에 도이체 오퍼가 있음. 슈타츠발레단 공연보고 좋았음. 호텔 방은 4인실 묵었는데 나쁘진 않으나 4명쓰기엔 좁음. 로비는 크나 따뜻한 물이나 토스트기 등 편의제공이 전혀 안 됨. 넓은 로비는 전기충전 하면서 기다리기 좋음. 참 무료로 인터넷 사용할 수 있는 공간 있음. 6대 정도. 빠르진 않지만 쓸만함

It is in the good location for public transport such as Metro and shops. However, It operats as half hotel anc half hostel. There is no lockers in the ho bedrooms for thr hostel guests. No facilities and no easily accessing drinking water, hot water or fridge for hostel guests. Some staff are friendly but lack of trainings to provide sufficient information to English speaker guests. Some of members of staff are very new to Berlin or they are not familiar about Berlin city. The taxi company and driver are rude, aggressive and disrespectful towards English female service users.

Stinkt,unfreundlich ,betten dreckig

Auf der Etage und Zimmer hat es sehr übel gerochen. Auch das Bettzeug roch sehr extrem. Föhn defekt . Handtuch kostet 1€ Bei der Buchung wusste man jetzt nicht ob Frühstück dabei ist oder nicht, daher musste ich mich telefonisch informieren und bekam zu hören das alles inklusive wäre bei dem Preis. Gestern beim Frühstück erzählte mir die Rezeptionistin etwas anderes. Ich zeigte meine Anrufsliste um zu beweisen das ich extra angerufen habe und mein Telefonat über 1 Minute dauerte. Nach lafem hin und her machte sie ein Bild des Anrufes und wollte es dann klären. Ich sagte das ich es nicht bezahle . Es hieß es wäre im preis und fertig . Davon abgesehen war das " Buffet " sehr überschaubar. Brötchen, Toast, Wurst vom Aldi, Cornflakes ... Dafür 5€ pro P. Ist schon ziemlich _" Teuer "_ Personal war nicht gerade nett... Sehr unfreundlich auch gegenüber anderen Gästen.

I got a room at the end of the floor which was quite big. Every bed had a little light on the wall beside it, but one of the bunk bed was in front of a window/ kind of in the middle of the room, so it didn’t have light...first come first choose. The bed was big enough and soft, you didn’t have to put on the sheets yourself like some other hostels. If you need towel, you need to rent it. The location is good, the metro is near, the bus stop for #109 which will take you straight to TXL is around the corner. Have a few places around that open until late at night, so you don’t have to worry about dinner.

素泊まりにぴったり！

11月のはじめに1泊で利用しました。 駅から3分ほどの距離で便利でした。 比較的静かでレストランもたくさんあり 向かい側には夜10時まで開いているスーパーマーケットもありました。 スタッフも英語で親切に対応してくれました。 チェックアウト後の荷物はロッカーではなく フロントで預かってくれます。 ドライヤーもありますし アメニティはありませんがタオルも1ユーロで借りられます。 価格から見てもすごく良かったと思います。

Did not like staff coming into room without permission... Times when I was jot fully dressed. Had to call staff and management on this. Did not like late check ins pass midnight. Was sleeping and people were coming in at 1:30. Did not like the opposite sex being added to my squad. I requested a 6 bed room and received an 8. Missed 5 hours of sleep due to three men snoring all through the night, from 2am to 7am. I was tired, and did not rest well in preparation for my Berlin 2019 marathon. Did not like this at all. The staff at check in told me there would have been 7 females. This was my first time in a hostel and it was not a good experience. My last night stay was restful. We were a room of 5 females of various cultures. We were all accommodating to each other in many kind ways.

DECEVANT !

Nous sommes arrivées (avec un enfant) vers 10H et on nous a dit de revenir à partir de 14H. Si je n'avais pas ma fille qui habite Berlin, on aurait fait quoi avec nos valises...De plus, la jeune fille à l'accueil, ne savait pas qu'elle devait me donner le double du ticket CB.... Bruits extérieurs, portes qui claquent dans le couloir, chaleur (venir en hiver..) car pas de clim.. Nous étions au 4e. Les oreillers sont mous et la couette est lourde pourtant c'est l'été..

真夏は要注意です。

部屋に鍵付きのロッカーはない（シンプルな棚のみ）ので貴重品の管理が微妙だなと感じました。真夏に滞在しましたが、エアコンや扇風機はなく、換気も悪かったので二段ベッドの上段は寝苦しかったです。コンセントが枕元にはないので充電は多少不便でした。真向かいにスーパーがあるので、その点は便利です。駅からも近く、割と街中にあるので歩いて行ける範囲でそこそこ楽しめるのではないかと思います。

Location is great. Comfort was good. Very clean. What i feel that needed an upgrade was the lighting. It was very dim. The corridor is scary at night. The doors closing always makes a loud 'bang' everytime someone come in or out. I can barely sleep.

The staff is super rude and unpleasent, would not move my room even after I asked repeatedly. I am a small woman who was travelling on my own only to find that they put me in a room with five middle aged Polish men who continually sexually harassed me. Had to eventually find another hotel to stay in for my own safety. They have also refused to even so much as give me a refund for my pain and suffering.
