ベルリン中央駅から近さで選びました。翌日、鉄道でチューリッヒまで行くので、とても便利に利用できました。 スクートの遅延でシンガポール夜間ベルリン便に乗れず足止めになりました。ベルリン到着が2日遅れになるためエクスペディアに連絡してノーショーを避けることができ、宿泊予定3日目に到着しましたか、スタッフぬ対応はテキパキとしていて、 問題なくチェックインできました。

駅からすぐの機能的な大型ホテルです。 チェックインの際、機械操作のところにいた女性スタッフがとても親切で非常に感じもよく好感が持てました。 お部屋は広く、棚やハンガーも十分にありましたがチェックイン時、部屋入り口の電気が切れており（上記の女性スタッフ経由で伝えてもらい、ほどなく修理の方が来られ事なきを得ました）ドライヤーもなかなか付かず、よく見ると埃がたまっていたのでメンテナンスに不安があります。 また初日、お部屋にボトルウォーターがなかったため、翌日の朝、レセプションに依頼したが結局、滞在中に届かなかったのが残念です。

ベルリン中央駅を出てすぐだが、Meininger ホテルの裏になるので駅からは見えない。 日本のビジネスホテルと同様で可も不可もない。 駅まで徒歩3分で、駅の施設 (飲食店、スーパーなど） が利用可能で便利。 価格の半分は場所代（駅近）と割り切れば悪くはない。

チェックイン時間前でも、スーツケースを預かってもらったり、city ticketを使えるようにしたもらったりと、色々と融通をきかせてくれました。対応も親切でよかったです。 設備的には普通のビジネスホテルのような感じですが、中央駅にも近いですし、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれるようですし、ベルリン観光にはよいと思います。

二回目の利用です。何かの会員になって無料の交通チケットをいただけたのでよかったです。お部屋はきれいで広かった。小さい冷蔵庫もありました。ベットは低くてあまりよくなかった。シャワーの排水が悪くバスルームが水浸しになり掃除が大変でした。あめちゃんありがとう。

近年ホテル価格も高騰し、海外出張のホテル選びには苦労するが、このホテルは設備も新品同様で、清潔、価格も比較的安い。ベルリン中央駅にも徒歩2-3分の至近距離なので、ビジネスだけでなく観光にも大変便利。朝食も十分豪華。空港からのアクセスも良い。総合的に非常に良い。
