The location is great but is up a steep hill or many steps. The street is beautiful, as is the neighbourhood and the bed is comfortable. I’m sure the accommodation was perfect when it was set up but now I think it needs a bit of a retouch as it’s a bit dated. Cleanliness: not ideal. When we arrived there was old food left in the fridge, food stains on the wall and old food left on the scrubbing brush. Furniture: the aim is clearly for a cozy feel but the organisation could be vastly improved. There is a huge wardrobe for the owners that guests can’t use and yet the toilet rolls and cleaning aids are in plain sight. I prefer these kinds of things to be tidied away out of view. The toilet rolls could be stored in the owners’ cupboard or in one of the 3 bathroom units. The overall effect for me was cluttered and messy. Maybe the cupboard and cleaning clutter should all be behind the curtain and a cupboard provided for guests. Peaceful stay: whilst it may be semantics, the rules are very strict including no noise after 10pm. I was repeatedly woken up after that time by the neighbours in the block…
