" For a true Tuscan experience, this location is perfect. You can find your own private spot within the stunning garden, surrounded by rolling, vine-covered hills and lines of cypress trees. There's also a great pool for relaxing. If you want to avoid the tourist crowds of bigger towns, this is the ideal retreat. You'll find plenty of lovely villages and great restaurants within a short drive. We're so thankful to Gina and Bianca for their wonderful hospitality."

"Our stay was lovely! Wish we could have stayed for so much longer! We loved the enchanting walk to the the small medieval town of San Gums through vineyard and olive grows and cypress trees! Absolutely stunning scenery. The location of the villa was perfect for visiting all the towns in the region. The villa itself was fantastic! We cooked most nights and had everything we needed. The Villa as spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We felt right at home. The pool was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We were 3 adults so we had tons of space. Could not have asked for a better experience! Highly Highly highly recommend!"

"My husband and I stayed for a week with our college age daughter. This is one of the most delightful places we have ever stayed. Casa delle Rondini was magical. We woke every morning to the spectacular view of the vineyards, and had breakfast in the lovely garden. We watched the sun set at night over the vines and hills. It was very easy to get to all the places we wanted to see, including Florence. We actually found Florence a bit overwhelming, crowded and noisy. We had a much more enjoyable time in Siena (close to the villa) and the many small towns we visited (easy day trips to Montepulciano, Pienza and even got to Spello and Assisi as well as the coast.) There are many good restaurants close to the house (highly recommend L'Asinello for the gorgeous tasting menu). Returning home several evenings and taking a walk was the highlight of our day. We felt like we had an entire vineyard to ourselves! I would love to return here some day, and maybe spend more time just sitting in the garden, soaking in the beauty and the peace of this wonderful property! Barbara, the property manager, was very helpful with directions and information about the villa and the area, and she was very accommodating with our check in and check out. The villa is very comfortable inside with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a cozy living room/dining room area. The pool is also lovely!Thank you Susan and Steven for such a wonderful experience!"
