Bentonville Bike Trip

Nice place and good location. Could easily ride to Coler trails. The garage was super convenient for storing bikes and gear. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is very well taken care of. We walked into a clean house and overall enjoyed our stay. Checking in was easy and we had zero issues I'd definitely rebook!

We were in NWA to visit friends and have a short wknd trip. It was very cold outside but stayed warm and comfortable in the home. It was a great experience and would stay here again!

Nice place but VRBO made my trip hell

Place was nice, host kept in touch but vrbo canceled my stay and it took me 2 hours on the phone to figure out how to get a new reservation they canceled.

MTB Group of 5 Trip

The yard needs some maintenance. Although it wasn't a game changer we had to put the trash cans out at the curb for Monday pick up because it was Sunday. The house was clean but showing signs of wear. All in all, I would book this property again.

Great experience

Had a great stay. It was an amazing experience I would definitely recommend this spot. It was clean comfy and was near areas we can go check out. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own body wash and shampoo. Other than that we had an awesome time ! :) thank you Mr. Richard

just moved in?

the house was in a very niece neighbor hood, but the house we rented looked derelict because the weeks in the yard were knee high! I'm sure the neighbors who all had properties that were well taken care of were upset by the condition of this yard! The house was nice inside, but the smell of cleaning products was overwhelming when you came in to the house. Also upon opening the windows for fresh air I noticed that the window sills were very dusty and dirty like they had just moved into the property and not had time to clean everything. The kitchen was very basic with no salt and pepper even. All in all it would be a very nice spot with just a few adjustments, but the lawn is a must for first impressions.

My work friends and I made the trip for a weekend of shopping and exploring. Richard's home just added to the perfection of our weekend. We had a great night of playing pool. The accomidations were inviting and very comfortable. Just a heads up...bring your own coffee, condiments, and bathing necessities. Some VRBO's supply these things. It was still well worth the stay!

Excellent location, but not MTB friendly yet

We couldn't have asked for a better location... right next to Coler and the BikeFest we attended. Also was easy access to SlaughterPen. I think this is a newish rental property, so I think they still need some work on getting the house ready for folks here for mountain biking. A bike stand in the garage and a hose with sprayer should be the minimum available for storing bikes and cleaning them off. On the inside, I loved the clean and inviting decor and the beds were all very comfortable. The pool table was a real bonus for us, and we enjoyed playing on it and being able to watch movies on the big screen that could pull away and rotate from the wall. If you plan on cooking here, you may need to bring a few things... the kitchen could use a larger soup pot and a colander. There was no dishwasher detergent, Laundry detergent or surface cleaner available and the sponge was old and used. Many of the pots had old food stuck on them. I also think someone willing to put in some elbow grease should tackle the cabinets. We found them to be pretty grimy with old food and grease on them. Backyard was lacking in a grill and some patio chairs and was not fully fenced (photos made it seem that way). Overall, we would rent here again simply for the amazing location and the other pros I mentioned. I hope some of these suggestions are taken into consideration though and the listing is updated to be more accurate.

Coler House on O Street

Great location to Coler MTB area. Impossible to get in touch with host. If there would have been a problem we would have been out of luck. None of the floor transitions were glued down. Minimal kitchen housewares for cooking. Two rolls of toilet paper and no soaps. No spare garbage bags. Cigar buts and beer cans were on back porch. No garden hose for washing bikes. Bathroom sink was clogged. But the beds were comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Nice house overall. I would consider renting again if there was an actual host.
