「It’s a great place for the mountain biker to ride in and out.. trails are blocks away. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Downtown is 8 blocks south…. Washer and dryer are great, kitchen sufficient, nice bathroom, off street parking. Back of house faces west so interior spaces (kitchen & bunk room) get hot. Overall good bang for the buck. Definitely would rent again in the fall and spring..」
