Place regular trash in the black lidded blue can. Recyclables in the gray lidded trash can. Both are on the north side of the house. Only recycle items that are clean. Do not recycle glass.

The hot tub was excellent. It was maintained perfectly. And everything was monitored precisely. Very good attention to detail. Everyone enjoyed the rooms and setup. It was an awesome place. We will definitely stay there again. The location was great; everything was very close. We got to know the neighbors, and they were the friendliest people, like everyone in the area. Came to Bentonville for my wife’s birthday and had a great time enjoying the area! This house was just perfect for a short getaway. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Great cyclist house in Bentonville!

Wonderful house and property to stay at especially if you are coming to mountain bike. Nice hot tub, convenient garage, clean house, and easy access to Coler bike park. Short drive to downtown as well. Had an problem with the front door lock but the owner took care of it quickly so no issues there!
