The apartment, located on Benidorm's Levante beach, has 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room with a maximum capacity for 4 people.



Comfortable 48 m² accommodation, with sea views (high floors).



It is located 600 m from "Playa Levante", 150 m from the supermarket, 30 m from an urban bus stop, 50 km from the "Alicante - El Altet" airport, 5 km from the golf course, 8 km from "El Albir" and is Located in a lively area and in the urban area.



Very close to the nightlife areas and the downtown area (old town). Ideal for holidays or long stays in winter.



The apartments have towels and sheets, they are delivered clean at the entrance. They have a full bathroom, living room, bedroom with built-in wardrobe, kitchen with gallery and a large terrace (most of them glazed), there is an iron for the apartment (request it at our office). In winter they have an electric radiator.



The kitchen is electric, it has 2 electric plates, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, coffee maker and refrigerator with independent freezer, washing machine and electric water heater for hot water. It has normal kitchenware, plates and cutlery for up to 4 people.



The building has 2 elevators, a large 8-shaped pool with a small children's pool, surrounded by grass (the pool is in operation all year round, unless there is a breakdown or vandalism), a tennis court and a children's play area.

Our clients have a 24-hour emergency maintenance service in the apartment via a contact telephone (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until the opening time of our reception office).



The delivery of keys is always in our reception office, not in the building you have reserved, for it you have to come to Fincas Arena, if you arrive after closing the office in the afternoon or on a holiday, in the window there will be a list with the name of the clients and a telephone number to call and a person will bring the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if you expect to arrive out of hours and warn us, help us to organize and minimize your wait when you arrive at our office).



Apartamentos San Francisco is an ideal place to spend your holidays, as it has a supermarket nearby, an area of restaurants and bars, is very close to the Levante beach and downtown Benidorm and has a very fast link to the road and motorway so the ability to go on excursion to neighboring villages in a quick and comfortable.



In our reception office, they have tourist information, maps of the city and can hire all kinds of additional services for both the stay in the apartment and to enjoy the day and night leisure activities offered by the city and surroundings.



For our customers we have a transfer service from and to Alicante airport or with taxi or private transport companies (VTC) or minibuses for groups. If you arrive at night or on holiday we can have you picked up at the airport with the keys of your apartment, take you there directly.



Entrances to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Acuanatura), party rooms, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided excursions to nearby villages or Valencia, car hire, electric car hire for people with reduced mobility (we can provide an area to recharge the battery if you rent it with us), diving or sports activities and contact with nature through specialized companies. Tickets to discos on special dates (especially at the end of the year).



We can also offer tickets for various concerts and events held in Benidorm throughout the year, for this you can contact us or follow the blog we have on our website.



We have socio-sanitary services through an external supplier (kangaroos, accompaniment, personal cleanliness, infirmary, physiotherapy, control of medication, etc.).



The photos of apartments shown on our website, are of an apartment type, as being privately owned apartments there may be variation in the type of furniture or decoration, but the services of the description are virtually the same in all.



The entrance to the apartments is at 17:00 hrs (if the apartment is clean and prepared before, the keys can be delivered before).



Departure from the apartments is at 10:00 hrs (if you wish to leave later consult our staff about the possibility of a late check-out from the apartment. (Extra cost), subject to availability until the day before departure.
