The spa was lovely n the rooms very spacious. The service at Falak was very good. The check in process was functional but not friendly. However the airport transfer was well organised n the driver Gajender very helpful.

The staff and service in this hotel is very good. Main dining and two speciality restaurants are good but their lobby coffe shop and options not good. Laundry service excellent. Stayed here a few times and happy to go back again

Elevator was very slow. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty. Front desk staff told us that they will provode me with 1000 rupees credit to buy food or beverage but never gave me that credit. Little disappointed

The overall stay was wonderful with The Leela Bhartiya City. Rooms were quite big, spacious and clean. Food Quality and Taste was just perfect especially with wide array of cuisines to choose from the buffet. Special thanks to Ms Sujata for assisting us throughout the stay.

I stayed there with my family for few days. It's a well maintained hotel with an exceptionally quick housekeeping service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Rakesh was great. The gaurds are always welcoming guests with a sweet namaskar! The breakfast at Quattro was good though there is scope for improvement in South Indian food. The food for in room dining was delicious (had butter chicken and naan). The hotel lobby is interconnected to the mall which is indeed a big bonus for staying there. The hotel has a big park in front too. Will definitely like to stay there again.

Property itself is beautiful clean smells nice food is excellent staff are excellent, My room wasn’t cleaned for a day I think the kms we do when using the transportation from the hotel is not correct as extra kms were added and I had to correct the staff . And the staff was so nice to check the kms and charge me less .

I travelled solo this time to India & I stayed at the Leela's for 6 nights. I had a great experience & the staff were very friendly. The mall is right next door, so it was super easy to shop anytime of the day. The food also was great in the buffet. I highly recommend this hotel

Food was good, property was very appealing and well maintained. Elevator was not working when I was rushing to the airport to catch a flight. Staff did respond, but this was stressful. Made a request at the front desk twice and was told each time that they would get back to me, but they did not get back. Staff were very polite and warm but there were gaps in communication and efficiency.

Outstanding ambience, quality, service, and food. Staff went out of their way to ensure flawless guest service. However, this hotel is NOT 10 km from the airport (as shown in Expedia). It is more like 20 km and a long ride (about 45 minutes to an hour) at peak times!
