I had booked a room and paid on Expedia website. The property owner did not give my aged parents a room to stay. He was disrepectful even after my father showed him the receipt of payment. My parents had to walk around and find another place to stay after a long journey.

The hotel is not good for families. The environment is too noisy even at night. The bedsheets was not clean and no dustbin in the room. Lifts available. Staff is good. Bus station and metro station are near. Overall a good stay.
