"The staff was very helpful. I just checked in and had a wonderful sleep in the suite. The wake up call also was really important as I could get ready and check out. I was super happy with how comfortable my stay was. The only thing missing was the wifi- which needed an Indian phone number to be active. The staff helped me out with the code. But maybe also include the international numbers/ using emails to send otps."

"Simply superb! The front office staff, cleaners, concierge and the gym + pool instructors were all spot on. Only improvement will be to the Pavillion Cubbon restaurant staff. They were all over the place and needs more customer centric attention across the restaurant service. Food was fantastic with a lot of multi cuisine varieties, local delicacies were delicious. Overall, a very good experience with spacious rooms, bathroom and Wi-Fi facility. Definitely will recommend this hotel."
