「We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. 「Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere were very good. It is a small hotel and does not seem to have a lift. The wifi environment was so comfortable that there is nothing to say. The keys are age-old and a bit tricky. But this was not a problem either. We were impressed with the shower that didn't leak outside.
