The private driveway accommodates parking for two vehicles, central heating throughout, free wi-fi, and pet-friendly accommodation will ensure you feel right at home.
At the heart of the home is a bright, south-facing open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, thoughtfully designed for modern living. The fully fitted kitchen includes a range of built-in appliances, breakfast bar and a built-in radio/smartphone dock with speaker system. The spacious lounge is furnished with plush sofas, a dining table, a 48-inch Smart TV, and a DVD player—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the island.
All the bedrooms feature quality cotton bedding and hypoallergenic pillows and quilts for your comfort. There are two well equipped bathrooms, and a utility cupboard including washing machine and supply of games and DVDs.

Adjacent to this is a smaller patio area with a bistro-style table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. A parasol provides shade on sunny days, while outdoor lighting sets the mood for relaxing under the stars.
An external storage room houses additional seating, beach gear, games and also offers space for bikes or other larger items you may wish to bring along.

PLEASE NOTE:
Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £35 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £150 before check-in.
If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.
This property can accept a maximum of 2 well behaved pets. The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
