The hotel is very old, when we got there the pool was in maintenance, rooms are small, no coffee maker in the room,they want to sell you a cup of coffee, no iron in the room they want to sell you iron services, people in front desk were rude, the lady in the breakfast room was nice and attentive, breakfast was good. I won’t recommend this hotel

Quarto muito espaçoso e limpo. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade de pães e bolos. Senti falta de alguns itens típicos da culinária nordestina (rs), mas, considerando que é Sudeste, posso dizer que tudo estava muito saboroso. A localização é excelente, consegui ir a pé para o meu local de prova, e há um supermercado logo na esquina. Por estar em uma avenida movimentada, dá para pra ouvir um pouco de barulho, mas nada que atrapalhe, afinal é um hotel urbano. Consegui estudar na varanda com fone de ouvido, tranquilamente. O atendimento foi ótimo! Todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. Recomendo demais!

Quarto no espaço otimo, com pequena sala com sofá, cozinha americana com louças. talheres e copo, mais micro-ondas e frigobar. Varanda, banheiro e camas confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom, piscina tbm, academia é bem pequena, mas tudo ok. Recepção também foi rapida e sem neenhum contratempo, quando a gente chegou tinha uma moça falando que ia ficar lá um mês, e o cartão magnético dela ja era 2 ou 3 ° vez no dia tava dando problema, descarregando, o cara da recepção perguntou se ela encostou em celular ou cartões de credito, ela disse q nao, eu ja fiquei com receio, pq o meu cartão ia ficar na bolsa junto com tdo, por incrível que pareça, o nosso cartão deu problema neemhum nos 3 dias q ficamos. E o hotel fica num bairro bom, tranquilo, e de facil acesso aos lugares, é longe só do aeroporto de confins, levamos de uber 1h pra ir e outra pra voltar.
