「The hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean, you can sleep really good, and breakfast is perfect. However, the didn’t give me the VIP benefit because they don’t understand how it works and the staff is not friendly.」

「The overall property was nice! We were on the 16th floor and the double queen room set up was better than expected. My issue was that I was charged an exorbitant amount for a 2-hour visitor. That cost exceeded my cost per day over the 7 night stay. This was absolutely unacceptable! What made it worse was my roommate had a visitor the day prior, and he was only charged a third of what I was charged. Why the discrepancy in the charging amounts? The manager on duty says it's the hotel's policy, but...
